Not many people believe men can increase muscle mass after age 50. Nothing could be further from the truth. I will show you how to tone and build muscle, cut away fat, and make each muscle stand out.
At age 60 I started to work out in a gym without guidance. After struggling for months without progress, I hired a personal trainer who gave me direction on how to exercise safely and effectively. The trainer also showed me how to make proper food choices before and after my workout. Within a few years I became certified myself and now I teach fitness classes every week, train people one-on-one, and teach swimming to adults. I also work with police in teaching personal safety and self-defense to seniors.
