Nothing could be further from the truth. I will show you how to tone and build muscle, cut away fat, and make each muscle stand out.<\/p>\n<p>At age 60 I started to work out in a gym without guidance. After struggling for months without progress, I hired a personal trainer who gave me direction on how to exercise safely and effectively. The trainer also showed me how to make proper food choices before and after my workout. Within a few years I became certified myself and now I teach fitness classes every week, train people one-on-one, and teach swimming to adults. I also work with police in teaching personal safety and self-defense to seniors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-190-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-190-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-190-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p>\nI\u2019m here to help you increase your strength, lose weight, or both, regardless of your current fitness level.
