Exercise helps you to feel better and reduce your aches and pains. Exercise even helps you to live longer because it lowers the risk that you will acquire many chronic diseases. After training many middle-aged and older women (and being married for 48 years) I’m ready to help you become the strong, fit, and confident woman you want to be!

You don’t have to bulk up either. You can tighten, tone and firm your muscles to make yourself look HOT. You don’t need to worry about what others think, only what you get from your workout. Together we can make you look and feel strong and self-assured.
